Darling Point Duplex

Fatra PVC membranes were installed throughout this luxury property for the balconies and the impressive curved roof which was later covered in 50ml mosaic tiles. This was a highly specialist build with every detail planned and executed perfectly.

Fatrafol PVC membrane system was designed for this unique curved timber roof which required the Fatrafol membrane to contour with the shape of the roof including integrated box gutters, skylights and skylight detailing.

With the mosaic tile finish the build up required a marine grade ply to be installed above the Fatra membrane system to enable the tiles to be installed. the unique Fatrafix bar was installed to the Fatra system allowing the ply substrate to be fixed in accordance with AS1170-2 without penetrating the Fatra membrane system.
