Standard colours are Lead Grey (RAL 7012) and Light Grey (RAL 7040).
Q. What warranties are available?
Fatra Australia offer two warranties for 20 year (1.5mm membrane) and 30 year (2.0mm membrane) periods. Our BBA certificate states that our 1.2mm membrane life expectancy is in excess of 30 years

Q. What is the fire rating of Fatra membrane?
All of our roofing membranes have achieved at least an AC rating, which equates to a European classification of BROOF (t4) and are certified to AS1530.3. Q. Can Fatra membranes be installed above existing roofs?
Fatra's flat roof waterproofing solutions make refurbishment of existing roofs a viable option, including overlaying existing roof finishes including failed liquid and bitumen membranes.
Q. How do I become an approved contractor?

Q. Can I install a walkway on a Fatra roof?
Fatra provide a 650mm wide reinforced membrane designed for use as a slip-resistant walkway. FatraWalk membrane has a textured surface and is ideal for the demarcation of maintenance routes and should be installed in a contrasting colour to the main field area. FatraWalk is hot air welded to the finished Fatra roof and should not be used as a waterproofing layer in it's own right.
Q. How are solar panels or photovoltaic cells installed on Fatra roofs?
FatraFix bars provide the perfect solution to attach solar panels to the structure without penetrating the Fatra waterproofing system drastically reducing weak points in the system and reduce the overall weight of the system due to not having to ballast the solar into place. Q. What fall is required for my flat roof?
1 in 100 is the recommended minimum fall in accordance to Australian standards, but Fatra membrane can also be installed on a totally flat roof without problems from a waterproofing point of view but Fatra always recommend creating or rectifying any issues of fall prior to installing our systems as ponding water may occur, but this will not affect our warranty.
Q. Is a wind load calculation required for my Fatra roof?
A wind load calculation reports are provided by Fatra Australia for every Fatra mechanically fixed system. This will determine the centres of the fixing system. Fatra wind load calculations for are carried out in accordance with the requirements of AS1170.2 Structural Wind Actions and are based on project specific post codes, grid references, building dimensions and roof height from ground level and various other site specific parameters.
